Building Futures After Release
At the WORTH Center, reentry doesn’t begin at the door, it begins the day a resident walks in. Our Aftercare Program is built on the belief that second chances require preparation, guidance, and intentional support. We walk alongside our residents through their final stages at WORTH and continue to assist them after release, ensuring they have what they need to successfully reenter their communities, the workforce, and their future.
